We try to keep product descriptions, images and stock levels accurate, but errors can occur – if a listed price or description is wrong, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel if you prefer.
Nicotine strengths and specifications shown on product pages reflect the manufacturer information available to us and are checked against the UAE 20mg/ml nicotine cap.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch it. We accept the online payment methods shown at checkout and Cash on Delivery within the UAE. We may cancel or refuse an order where we suspect fraud, an age-verification issue, or a stock or pricing error.
