Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order from VapesDubaiShop.com. Because of the nature of vaping products, our returns policy is split between hygiene-sensitive consumables and hardware.
E-liquids, pods, coils and disposable vapes
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquid bottles, pods, coils and disposable vapes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived faulty or is materially different from what was ordered.
Devices and hardware
- Unopened, unused devices in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Devices found to be faulty on arrival, or that develop a manufacturing fault covered by warranty, will be repaired, replaced, or refunded – contact us with your order number and a description (photos or video help) of the issue.
- Items damaged through misuse, water damage, or normal wear are not covered.
How to request a return
Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item qualifies and provide next steps. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, once the returned item is received and checked.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
